If the song list says "Music Supervisor Verified," it's safe to assume the song was used in some capacity. You should contact the Music Supervisor or music team directly.

Tunefind is a crowdsourced website and any user with a Tunefind account may enter a song. If the song is still open for voting (unverified) on Tunefind, then our user community is still trying to confirm if the song did, in fact, appear.

It's possible that the show or movie used a song that may sound similar. Many audio content recognition apps sometimes misidentify songs when there is dialogue or action over the music.

Tunefind uses an accuracy-based voting algorithm to help ensure that our accurate voters have more influence and power on the site, while voters with no track record (or a poor one) have little to no influence on the site.
