Logged-in users can edit any scene description on the site, other than the ones that have been verified and locked. To edit or add a scene description, click on the pencil icon in the Description field and make the appropriate updates. Scene descriptions give great context and are very helpful to fans looking for music.
If you have a scene description, please feel free to include it. However, if you are unaware of what the scene description should be, please leave it blank. It’s more helpful to leave scenes blank, to encourage others to fill them in.
Please keep these tips in mind when entering or editing scene descriptions on Tunefind.
- (0:00) Start with timestamp, if available. This format is: (hour:minute) followed by the scene description.
- Include a brief scene description (who, what, where); Semicolons show scene transitions where a song continues to play. Semicolons are also used when a song repeats later.
- Scene descriptions should provide enough detail to correctly identify the relevant scene, but should avoid spoilers.
- Use complete sentences and proper grammar.
- Use present tense.
