Please feel free to ask a question on the episode or movie page to see if the Tunefind community can identify it for you, but it's very possible that it may be an original piece of score music written specifically for the show or movie by the composer.
Many movies release albums of their original score, so it may be available on a soundtrack album.
Some television shows release soundtrack albums featuring its original score as well however, if they do, it's often at the end of the season. You may be able to find out more by researching the composer which is listed on the Tunefind page if the information is available.
You could also check that composer's website to see if they may have posted some of their scores for listening or downloading.
It's also worth noting that sometimes that snippet of music featured in the show or movie is re-worked for the soundtrack release and it may not sound exactly like what you originally heard on screen. It might be polished or expanded into a longer piece. Sometimes a composer will even combine several shorter pieces from different scenes to create one longer theme.
